Information Sessions are being held in:
Mt Gravatt, Chermside West, Victoria Point, Runaway Bay (fully booked), Wellington Point, Jindalee, Aspley, Carindale.
What information will I learn?
The topic of the information sessions is Heather Hill will explain the We did not make the new Support at Home rules BUT we can explain them. We’ll be covering:
- Budgets and Funding amounts
- Changes to Personal Care Contributions
- Co-Contributions explained
- Direct Debits
- Understanding your monthly statement
- Accessing the AT – HM
- Managing Overspends.
There will also be time for you to ask questions of Heather on issues that you are concerned on.
Where are they held?
Sessions are held at various locations around South East Queensland. Register your interest to stay informed.
You’ll enjoy complimentary coffee and cake on the day and free parking either onsite or on the street is generally available.
Who can attend?
Anyone interested in Support At Home packages funded by government or privately.
Anyone with a care package or care package pending.
Family and friends are all welcome.
